I have complained already. Perhaps I will make a further complaint. IMO a once fine community is being destroyed by bullying and nastiness and intolerance, much of it instigated by the moderator.

Thank you for the feedback and comment. Your effort made my work here more enjoyable. I do not doubt that your voice has been heard by the peers and the Management. You should trust everyone's ability to evaluate your complaint. With your trail behind (if you can quit deleting things), it might be more convincing if you could try something like petitioning or collecting signatures. Please keep up with your endeavor.

We shall foster openness and fairness to participation and discussion. A holier-than-thou attitude shall not be encouraged. Likewise, no one should feel inferior to anyone else.

That's why I felt that I should make further explanations. I totally agree with the following reference you provided: "If you are talking about the past, use 'must have': Your trip must have been fun!" This sentence expresses a mood of strong probability or inference, which is in the same pattern as "I must have been drunk last night".

No-one should go ad hominem. I agree.
But it is very common in this forum, despite the Forum rules.
Insults, slander, misrepresentation, in my experience, it all happens.
Why is it happening? Why is it being allowed to happen?

Just review all the messages you have posted on this forum and answer your question yourself. Your postings often reflect your political and racial bias towards China and the Chinese people, which often hurt the feelings of the Chinese translators in this community including those who are from Taiwan, and often forced the discussions on this forum into political direction. Those of your postings are against ProZ rules, aren't they? Kevin and other peers tried very hard to stop your wrong doing. However, when peers expressed their objections, you called them personnel attacks or insults. That is unfair and unreasonable. In my experience, you were "attacked" just because you launched your attacks fist. Below is just one example:
