收款方银行无法鉴别支票真伪 Jun 30, 2011

所谓假支票，不同于当场就能鉴别真伪的伪钞。假支票本身往往与真的没什么区别，但该支票从属的银行帐户早已关闭，甚至从来就不存在。因此，收款方银行无法鉴别支票真伪。只有付款方银行才能鉴别。这种骗子往往是跨国行骗。支票存入收款方银行后，通常需要3-5天才能得知支票的真伪，但帐面上显示这笔钱已经进来。骗子打的就是这个时间差。他们就是在这3-5天内，制造种种借口让你立即汇回全部或部分金额。等你汇出之后，就已经覆水难收。

用paypal也能骗人。。 Aug 1, 2011

同样的骗局，我也遇到过，可是那人是想用paypal来坑我，而不是用支票。大意就是，工作完毕了以后，我给您的paypal 账户注钱，你收到了以后如何如何。看来我遇到的骗子道行还不太高，因为我在决定把项目接下之前不断询问关于付款的问题，而他就答了，并不是像Ellen 那般拖着。还好我当时决定先问到底。前提是，那个人发出来的email本身作为诈骗的伎俩就很烂。 那人不停的说自己是英国人，叫 “Roger Emerson”， 可是他的英语错漏百出，越看越像是印式英语 （因经常说 “am” 不说 “Ｉ　ａｍ”）。并没有看不起印式英语的意思，可是我当时也很气，被这么一票人愚弄了还浪费了这么多时间。我后来气不过，便给他发了一个ｃｏｕｎｔｅｒ　ｏｆｆｅｒ，　还无聊的弄了一张我ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ　ｕｎｉｏｎ　ｂｒａｎｃｈ　的地图；　前提是，我那所ｂｒａｎｃｈ的地图是在英伦海峡底，哈哈哈哈

骗子再没和我联系 Aug 2, 2011

我一直没收到骗子的支票，写信问骗子，骗子也不回信。后来我用另一个邮箱给骗子写了封信，说我收到她的job request，很有兴趣云云，过了几天骗子回信了，一模一样的内容，还是那三个文件。

觉得有点奇怪，难道是骗子察觉到我发现了她的骗局，所以不和我联系了。反正就是没有下文了。那几天我老公还天天很踊跃地去取信，说看看骗子的支票啥样。：）
