Affidavit of filing a notarially made Will with the records of lifetime dealings

There seem to be two General Indexes (vs. Indices) kept by the Notary Public in Italy: one of lifetime dealings or ones inter vivos and the other of testamentary dispositions.

Surely, the Last Will and Testament is classified as a lifetime disposition until the maker's death as a BrE: deceased or AmE: decedent, whereupon it is reclassified.
Example sentence:

agree philgoddard : Or you could say "filing of a notarized will during the testator's lifetime".

Yes, thanks Phil. That gets round neatly the conundrum of lifetime dealings (no transfer inter vivos *of property* by the look of it) vs. a testamentary disposition. BTW, it could be a testatrix in the female form.

Record of transfer of notarised last will and testament to inter vivos acts

These are typical stages of will making. The person making a last will and testiment has 2 options:
a) before a Notary; b)holograph will (handwritten and signed by person mking the will and c) secret will, disctated to a person of trust, such ass friend or relative.
These are then notarised and kept in separate records, i..e. in the public will records.
On the person's death, the will (sorry for the pun) will by transferred to the inter vivos acts an the notary will record this in the "verbale" or record. Hope this is clear.
