"时代文学，超越宋元明清"，精辟！今年4月，南京大学出版社出版了儿童读物《抗疫三千年》，引起热议。有人指出，正在采集鼻咽拭子的古代男子，其发型是先秦时期典型的绾髻束发造型。看来，不但李白、陆游和苏轼都测过核酸，恐怕连孔子、庄子和荀子也都测过！

What are circadian rhythms?
Circadian rhythms are physical, mental, and behavioral changes that follow a 24-hour cycle.
These natural processes respond primarily to light and dark and affect most living things,
including animals, plants, and microbes.
What are biological clocks?
Biological clocks are organisms’ natural timing devices, regulating the cycle of circadian rhythms.
They’re composed of specific molecules (proteins) that interact with cells throughout the body.
Nearly every tissue and organ contains biological clocks.
What is the master clock?
A master clock in the brain coordinates all the biological clocks in a living thing, keeping the clocks in sync.
In vertebrate animals, including humans, the master clock is a group of about 20,000 nerve cells(neurons)
that form a structure called the suprachiasmatic nucleus, or SCN.
Does the body make and keep its own circadian rhythms?
Yes, natural factors in your body produce circadian rhythms.
How do circadian rhythms affect health?
Circadian rhythms can influence important functions in our bodies, such as:
• Hormone release
• Eating habits and digestion
• Body temperature
However, most people notice the effect of circadian rhythms on their sleep patterns.
What factors can change circadian rhythms?
Changes in our body and environmental factors can cause our circadian rhythms
and the natural light-dark cycle to be out of sync. For example:
• Mutations or changes in certain genes can affect our biological clocks.
• Jet lag or shift work causes changes in the light-dark cycle.
• Light from electronic devices at night can confuse our biological clocks.

《感恩过后时事感慨》
古有掩耳盗铃，蠢相只在一人。
今见偷盗路牌，尔等抱怨无门。

过去的乌鲁木齐中路曾有麦琪路、中迪化路等称呼，路牌上甚至还一度被改名为乌中路，不过现在正式的名字依旧是6个字的乌鲁木齐中路哦~大家不要记错！（可是小资君还是习惯叫它乌中路哈哈~）
我上高中时，常会经过乌鲁木齐中路。在我的印象中，这条路以前是比较冷清的，没想到现在却变成了热闹的美食街了。我下次回去一定要去那里逛逛，大快朵颐。
不过，我可不记得这条路的“路牌上甚至还一度被改名为乌中路”。也许是因为路名太长，只是被某些人口头上简称为“乌中路”吧？不过，我觉得改成“乌中路”也挺好，以示乌克兰与中国的友谊无上限嘛！
文革期间，北京掀起了一股折腾路名的风气。例如，以国军抗战殉国将领命名的张自忠路、赵登禹路、佟麟阁路分别被改为张思德路、中华路和四新路（文革后均恢复原名）；苏联大使馆门前的那条路被改为反修路（不知后来中苏关系改善后又改为什么）。
