G'day everyone
I'm a first-time user of Across. The client sent me a CWU file, so I assume I have to follow the instructions in chapter 7 of the user manual (on crossWAN). However, my "What do you want to do" screen does not have the option "Retrieve task". What should I do?
Thanks Samuel

Has your client provided you with a CAP file to set up their remote client?

Nope... but is a CAP file (and a remote client) really required? I mean, isn't crossWAN all about working "offline"?

Have only ever seen the Retrieve task function come up when I've logged in via a client's remote access. You then get the option of either working online directly or using a CWU.
Sorry can't help any further, as I've only used it a handful of times.
