existing system/version
Agree with David's use of "scope" for "perimetre", although, since it is described earlier as a "périmètre fonctionnel", you could also use "functionality".
What it means is that version 1.1.3 will include everything that the existing versions (1.0 to 1.1.2) include. Re-assurance, if you like, that nothing will been taken away in version 1.1.3.
So version 1.1.3 "...includes the (functional) scope/functionality of the existing version(s)" would be my translation.

usually, but admitedly not always, legacy refers to an \"old\" (these things are relative) system (or software version) being entirely replaced by something which is more or less entirely new. If the version numbering was version 2.0, then perhaps legacy would fit. Since it\'s only 1.3, then it\'s more of an upgrade than a complete replacement job, hence IMO, \'legacy\' doesn\'t really fit.
