Why paying translators? Jan 30, 2014

Hello Mrs. Doerfler,

You are a freelance translator and I am sure you want to be paid, too, when you offer your services to a client. The client will not only pay for the translation, but also for your CPD to keep your translation skills up-to-date.

Same for trainers: We invest our time and money to get this knowledge. Thus, we want to get paid as well for our services providing combined knowledge to fellow translators.

Considering this price compared with prices outside the translation platform there is absolutely nothing to complain about. You already get a good rate as you are a member.
