Unfortunately this month we had to reschedule a couple of sessions, including this one, because our trainer is based in an area that was very badly hit by Hurricane Sandy - the area was without power for more than 14 days, that is why we canceled the session some days before November 13. Unfortunately, this week the trainer is ill and unable to do this session, so we rescheduled it for the end ... See more

Unfortunately this month we had to reschedule a couple of sessions, including this one, because our trainer is based in an area that was very badly hit by Hurricane Sandy - the area was without power for more than 14 days, that is why we canceled the session some days before November 13. Unfortunately, this week the trainer is ill and unable to do this session, so we rescheduled it for the end of this week. I apologize for this. It is highly unlikely that something like this happens again, but still I understand your frustration.
When rescheduling a session, those registered are contacted by email and given the chance to register for any other date available here: http://www.proz.com/translator-training/topic/sdl-trados-certified , or requested to contact site staff at http://www.proz.com/support for a training credit or refund. If you are not receiving these emails I suggest you check your spam inbox, as you may also be missing other emails sent via ProZ.com.
