Interpreting (RSI / On-site)

One of the options is "Interpreting (RSI / On-site)." Does RSI mean "remote simultaneous interpreting?" If so, is there any reason why "remote consecutive interpreting (RCI) was not included? Does "On-site" mean "on-site simultaneous interpreting" or "on-site consecutive interpreting," or both?
