Aleksandr Okunev (X) Mar 23, 2005:
I actually called a guy in British bank, so I would advise you a) to read Google hits, think a bit and still use my variant; b) in future to thank everyone who took the time to help you, and not just one guy.
Stay well

completed letter of credit

"filled" must be wrong. There is only one Google reference (Russian) for "filled letter of credit" and it doesn't make sense in English.

It could be "fulfilled" or "completed". "fulfilled" would mean "has satisfied the conditions for the letter of credit" and "completed" would simply mean that the blanks in the blank/anketa have been filled in.

disagree Andrey Belousov (X) : "COMPLETED" letter of credit application form, blank/anketa is "ЗАполненный". "НАполненный" has a different meaning.

Пополнять аккредитив - refill a letter of credit;
Отсюда, \"наполненный аккредитив\" - a filled letter of credit
Peer comment(s):

disagree David Knowles : The reference gave me lots of indecipherable stuff and no English. A Google search revealed only one ref, and that was Russian.

covered L/C
