Запуталась в порядке перевода..:

с использованием непрямого метода иммунного окрашивания (5.6.7), в котором в качестве реагента второго уровня применялось аффинно-очищенное антиидиотипное антитело кролика, выращенное против hP67.6, а в качестве третьего уровня — антивидовый IgG(Fab)2, конъюгированный с пероксидазой хрена.
