QRS complexes The "Kammerkomplexe" should be QRS complexes/intervals, and "deformiert" seems to be equivalent to "wide(ned)". Also, as much as your client wants a rather literal translation, you could easily condense the phrase and say "wide QRS complexes consistent with a right bundle branch block". Other solutions such as "wide QRS complexes indicative of a bundle branch block consistent with a right bundle branch block" would just be unnecessarily redundant/"doppelt gemoppelt".

@Steffen That had never occurred to me, but of course it makes perfect sense. So it would be "chamber complexes as deformed by a bundle branch block consistent with....". I know it's not very elegant, but the client does want a rather literal translation.

Schenkelblockartig This is a typo or (more likely) speech recognition/transcription error and should read "schenkelblockartig" in the first part, too. Likewise, "Kammer komplett" - another speech recognition error? - should be "Kammerkomplexe".
