Pero, por ejemplo, para los testamentos ológrafos se tiene que proceder a una protocolización (elevación a público) de los mismos. Claro que se hace ante notario... Mi pregunta para los compañeros, es si aquí lo que se está solicitando es meramente que se declare la validez del testamento sin nombrar a un administrador del mismo, ¿o se está adjudicando? ¿O es el paso previo para la adjudicación?
