Speed is another name for methamphetamine or crystal meth.

agree S. Kathryn Jiménez Boyd : Most definitely high, but it can also be the street name for amphetamine, with meth being more likely to be called "ice", "crystal meth", etc. https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/speed
