Still the same software strings, but now these are tips for how to conduct the examination:
Detect the objective for the fan scan and sliding scan.
Another example:
Use the slide scan and fan-shaped scan together to observe all livers.
I take it these are two different types of scans - is Slide-Scan acceptable in German? I couldn't find anything that would indicate it is, but I couldn't find anything else, either. Schiebe-Scan?
I'll ask the same question for "fan scan" in a minute.

@Stuart and Aida Yes, I wondered about that too. I think what they mean with "all livers" is the entire liver. I think you are right about it being translated from another language, i.e. Chinese, but all I have to go on is an indication that the explanation column in the excel sheet seems to be derived from the Chinese column. It would explain another weird term that I will ask in a minute - would appreciate your opinion on that, too.

translation slide scan I wonder if this a translation from another language into English. Could it be that slide scan is just simply a mobile scan vs fan scan stationary or beam type (pencil vs. fan-beam)?

The text also says 'observe all livers'? It makes you think that there would be many livers to be scanned at the same time?
