Hisham Saad, La seule autre possibilité que j’y vois est guardian of ConservatoIrE/ConservatorY (gardien du Conservatoire). Et pas même besoin d’être en amour ou fiévreux pour laisser passer ce genre de coquilles: c’est un fait reconnu que le cerveau les corrige automatiquement, comme les inversions de lettres, sans qu’on s’en aperçoive. Somme toute, il serait bon de vérifier avec le client!

Erreur chez l'imprimeur ? Le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un imprimé ne change rien à l'affaire : le personnel de l'imprimeur et les personnes chargées de vérifier le doc chez son client étaient sans doute amoureux ou préoccupés par l'accès de fièvre du petit dernier. Bref, l'erreur est plus que probable. The point is that the legal concept of guardian is different from that of a conservator, and taking the phrase (guardian of conservator) as it is, will legally imply that the conservators (whose main duty is to handle and represent the financial interests of somebody), are disabled and need a guardian to be appointed to represent their interests. It is not legally correct, so I still believe it must be a typo

It does not seem like a typo because this is a preprinted document that the notary public signs and checks off the titles of the persons who signed a contract.

C'est une liste de fonctions de signataires potentiels d'un document.
Cette liste fait partie du document d'authentification des signataires par un "Notary Public"

Évidemment, en savoir un brin de plus sur le document (objet?) pourrait éclairer tout le monde.

Basically there is nothing like (a guardian of conservator). there are two concepts, the guardian and the conservator. so I guess (of) is a typing mistake in the original document

Je pense qu'il y a une erreur de frapper dans la version anglaise "of" au lieu de "OR".

In a conservatorship, a person (the conservator) is appointed by the court to have
control of the property (or estate) of a ward. In a guardianship, a person (the
guardian) is appointed by the court to have control over the person of the ward
