English term
reversion
English to Greek
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
I am translating a Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and I came across the term "reversion" in the following clause:
"A reference in this agreement to the Landlord includes a reference to the person who is entitled to the immediate reversion to the Tenancy and anyone who becomes entitled, by law, to receive the rent payable under this Tenancy."
I would like some help with the translation into Greek of the term "reversion". Thank you in advance.

A reversion in property law is a future interest that is retained by the grantor after the conveyance of an estate of a lesser quantum that he has (such as the owner of a fee simple granting a life estate or a leasehold estate).
