These are some stipulations for terminating the contract... however I can't find "Muti attivita".
Any idea what that is?

13.2 Il Contratto si intenderà altresì cessato ipso iure nel caso in cui:
una delle Parti sia sottoposta a protesti; a procedimenti penali per reati contro il patrimonio; muti attività; ceda, affitti o ponga in liquidazione l’azienda e ne conceda comunque a terzi la gestione, senza darne preventiva comunicazione all’altra Parte.
