Spanish term

quien actúa en calidad de HD

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) APOSTILLE
Estoy traduciendo una apostilla y aparece esta frase "quien actúa en calidad de HD".

No sé a qué hace referencia "HD". El sello es del Ministerio del Interior.

Desde ya, muchas gracias.

Hi Leticia Can you please take a look at this link? It is several scanned documents, the 4th page, left hand bottom corner has an apostille, is it similar to what you have? If so then it looks like HD stands for "habilitado"

acting in his/her capacity of honorable deputy

I think "HD" might stand for "honorable diputado".

The "D" could also stand for "delegado" or even "diplomático".
