El dinero/sueldo que un empleado cobra incluye conceptos remunerativos y no remunerativos (éstos no se computan para el cobro de aguinaldo, ni para las cargas sociales), ambos constituyen items del 'recibo de sueldo'. Es decir, los conceptos remunerativos serían aquellos que están sujetos a todas las deducciones imponibles (jubilacón, obra social, seguro de vida, etc.) mientras los no remunerativos -que también forman parte del sueldo - serían una especie de 'premios'. Como no hay una tradución one-to-one, es necesatio utilizar una paráfrasis.
