El webinar sobre la reeducación postural y puntos a tener en cuenta para no quemarse en el trabajo me pareció muy completo. Desde la ergonomía del puesto de trabajo hasta los ejercicios para fortalecer los músculos de la espalda la ponente Marta Maojo dió un buen repaso a todos los aspectos que hay que tener en cuenta para tener una mente sana y un cuerpo sano.
