I am a native US English speaker, born and raised in the United States. I have lived in France since 2010.

My work as a French-to-English translator is focused on architecture, engineering, construction and IT, with a secondary interest and practice in the visual arts and cinema. In addition to translation I write copy and create subtitles. For many years I have continued to work as a sustainability and urban planning consultant for private and non-profit organisations, which helps me maintain deep subject-matter knowledge and enrich my translation practice.

In 2023 my clients included international organisations, startups, architecture/planning/construction firms, specialised publishers, artists and audiovisual production companies. They include energy companies large and small, but also universities like Tongji University, Paris Musées, Centre Pompidou, Les Abattoirs, PIC, Editions Dilecta, MK2, YellowKorner, Revue Magazine, and more.
