only what has matured
"and only what has matured up to time will be paid"
Really need more context for more certainty, e.g. "interest matures" Is this interest? What is the order for? Seems like stocks and funds.

Why can't I edit my entry?!!! "Only what has matured ... ... will be paid"

with payment only for what is due up until that time
more specifically and in a more empirical English style:
for what has already been supplied until that time.

Note from asker:
Hi James - it refers to an order to supply maintenance services for their information systems. I'm assuming it means that the order is not valid or that they will not make payment from the time the order is cancelled due to non-compliances up until the problem is resolved but I'm stuck on the 'maturato' part |
I think your last entry works! thanks! As for the snow, we're having a very unusual winter - not much snow. We got tons of snow dumped on us last week for the first time but Montreal is so well-equipped that it was all removed within 2 days! It's not the snow which gets to to me, it's the freezing cold temperature which right now is nearly -30 celsius !!! |
