I have a publicity leaflet promotion, which gives two sets of leaflet sizes and prices, one for 'bords perdus' and one for "surface utile".
...but I'm not sure what we would call 'bords perdus' in English. Can anyone please help?

: The Wikipedia entry doesn't mention that trimming is used chiefly to ensure there is no ink flow over the edges.
