From a text mainly about research into pancreatic cancer and suchlike. The Grand Dictionnaire Terminologique gives "panel" as a translation for "microplaque" in a pharmaceutical context. However, I'm not convinced by that. I reckon it might be something more like "laboratory plate", but really not sure. TIA for your help.
