Could someone help with the correct wording of this phrase? Does it just mean "relating to"? Your help would really be appreciated.

The phrase comes from an MRI report for a patient suffering a suspected stroke:

Bilan IRM cérébrale plaidant en faveur de l'existance d'un accident vasculaire cérébelleux hémisphérique gauche, probablement ** à mettre en rapport avec** une thrombrose de l'artère cérébelleuse inférieure de ce côté.
