Hello ..I got reply from Credit Mutuel...NV: nouvelle version.
NV veut dire "nouvelle version" en langage informatique. Cette appellation permet d'identifier les versions d'Eurocompte détenues.

I checked the Dutch option and it doesn't check out. I couldn't find any Belgian or Dutch NV with that name.

Looks like a receipt from or transfer to F COTIS EUROCPTE SERENITE NV (NV being Ductch/Flemish equivalent of SA)
Does that make sense asker as only you can see the doc? - your link will not open for me
