Do these things mean "Where are you going?" but literally "In what place did I find you?
and
"I am going to....", literally... actually I have no idea for the second part. "I found you in place?"

The first line says: 'Where did you find it?' (verb in the past tense [after did], addressing the second person - 'wajadtaha' وجدتَها)
The second line says: 'I found it somewhere.' (verb in the past tense, first person - wajadtuha' وجدتُها)
The 'place' in the two lines is referred to as 'where'.
Otherwise, you can say:
