Hi all, thanks in advance!

My problem is as follows. For over a year now I've had a client who always sends me files based on an identical template (address followed by some technical specs). Since the text is highly repetetive I've always saved loads of time by using WF and have built up quite a TM.

My problem is as follows. For over a year now I've had a client who always sends me files based on an identical template (address followed by some technical specs). Since the text is highly repetetive I've always saved loads of time by using WF and have built up quite a TM.

Now some time ago, I needed to reformat my C drive. I saved all the TMs to an external disk and later copied them back. I then downloaded Wordfast again and installed it. I suspect that the version I downloaded was 5.15, which was slightly newer than the one I had been using.

After some time, my client sent me some more work and to my surprise when I tried using my TM the program would suggest translations like this:

Serial number:&'9;&'9;MG/D/403

The numbers etc correspond to parts of the text where Tab was used to created a space. As in Serial number: *Tab* *Tab* MG/D/403.

Anyone know what's going on?

I've tried to edit my TM but it all looks like that now! I tried creating a new TM but I get the same problems with that as well...

I use Word 2003 and Windows XP.

yep, it seems to be related to the Tab Mar 21, 2006

I am currently working on a totally unrelated file and I seem to have the same problem in places where *Tab* is used.

Any ideas?
