Help with Language Sign-Off (LSO) fees

Dear colleagues:

I've been asked to quote for LSO services per page. I have no idea how to quote this service per page since I've always worked with LSO on screen (linguistic testing in localization). Can anybody tell me how much is a standard LSO on paper fee nowadays?
