Again - Trados Troubles

Dear all, once again I am troubled with Trados.
There are two problems.
The first - for some reason, the Trados menu and buttons have mysteriously disappeared from Word (2003), in spite of the fact that the keyboard shortcuts which I remember are working fine, and segments open and close without problems.
I tried to reinstall both Word and Trados without success.

Dear all, once again I am troubled with Trados.
There are two problems.
The first - for some reason, the Trados menu and buttons have mysteriously disappeared from Word (2003), in spite of the fact that the keyboard shortcuts which I remember are working fine, and segments open and close without problems.
I tried to reinstall both Word and Trados without success.

Second, and worse, I received a document for review. It is an uncleaned Word document, which had been translated by Trados. Just an opened file looks OK. But when I try to open a segment to read or to make corrections, Hebrew all turns to Arabic letters! Also when I try to translate on a separate document, when I re-open the translated segments, they turn to Arabic.

What to do? When it happened before, changing the whole text to Arial helped, but now it does not.
