求助：Moneybookers帐户无法收款

今天发现MB无法收款了，付款方在给我付款时会收到如下提示消息：
The recipient's account cannot receive payments. You may wish to contact the intended recipient for further information. Please do NOT contact our Customer Service Team regarding this matter.
我已经发信给MB客服，但还未收到答复。请问这里有哪位朋友也遇到过此类问题？若有，是如何解决的？

我的问题是无法提款到国内!
而且目前2个帐户,都有余额!还不能清!
