请教:如何在TTX文件上添加原文?

经常遇到客户改原文, 同时发给我TTX,让我"UPDATE TTX". 可是添加的原文句子或段落又没有出现在TTX上。

我该怎么办啊？

这样你可以用原来的TM把updated ttx预翻一边。要想update ttx原文，感觉很危险，update之后ttx很可能没办法clean up。你那个客户提出这种要求很不专业。

用文本编辑器打开原ttx（Word也可以），在要修改的地方添加原文。记住在你添加的文本前后添加相应的tag。

几种方法（Trados07版适用） Jul 4, 2011

1.打开tagedtior后，去除保护。TE上工具栏>Tools>Options>Protections。
之后打开ttx，可随意编辑原文。包括添加，支持查找替换。

2.有同仁已经提到的用文本编辑器打开后修改。这里不妨罗嗦一句：可用notepad（记事本）打开。然后想怎么改就怎么改（仅限文字，Tag什么的我也不懂）。最后clean up修改后的ttx文档（记住点选Update TM）。
