大家好，长话短说，起因是，我在一家网站注册会员，结果发现他们拿proz上发过的法语项目贴到自己的网站上去改成中文项目，�... See more
各位同事，

大家好，长话短说，起因是，我在一家网站注册会员，结果发现他们拿proz上发过的法语项目贴到自己的网站上去改成中文项目，经过调查，发现许多同仁有类似遭遇(http://www.proz.com/forum/prozcom_job_systems/61498-posted_job_exclusively_on_prozcom_but_it_appeared_on_transquotationcom-page2.html)，他们自己编造“大项目”，动辄数十万字，骗取会费。（详情请见：

    • ）为此我向他们要求退款，无果，因此上proz揭发，后来paypal还是给我退了钱，但我并没有删帖（因为他们确实是骗子，我想借此提醒大家不要上当），现在他们开始黑我了，在网站上专门挂出个"Scam Warning"(http://blogproz.wordpress.com/2011/05/05/please-share-translator-who-alerted-colleagues-about-transquotation-is-target-of-false-scam-alert/),还用另外一个域名向很多人发出邮件（我在他们网站注册时填写了自己的信息和reference），以下是邮件全文：

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am writing you to inform you about the dishonest conduct of an individual
    by the name of Andy Tsai operating as a freelance translator out of China.
    We found Andy Tsai through an online directory in order to urgently
    translate some documents from Japanese to Chinese. He initially offered us
    your company as reference with a reasonable translation price on our
    project. Subsequently, we decided to proceed with his services in which he
    requested a retainer in order to start. That was the last we heard from him
    and all attempts to contact him and retrieve our retainer ended in vain.
    We posted his profile on various online portals as well as alerting
    Australian authorities about such fraudulent acts.
    We have also heard from another colleague of ours in the translation
    business that they have become his victim under the similar circumstances.
    Please avoid all future dealings and contacts with this individual at all
    costs if you ever come across his path.

    不要紧，一看那个邮件就是个骗子写的 May 7, 2011

    你想，哪有这样子的志愿警察？如果是正常人遭到诈骗的话，还会这样乱发贴乱发邮件吗？你放心吧，绝大多数的客户看到这种心理有毛病的内容，一点也不理睬他，另外呢，你也可以发邮件，针对国外的客户用谦虚的语态，说对不起，这个人自以为跟我有纠纷，绝不会影响我和贵公司的商业关系。这样，大家都看得很清楚谁对谁错。
    建议你再次在scams论坛上发帖，提醒大家那个网站是垃圾，跟那个网站有关的人也差不多。

    Andy,

    那个网站连自己的具体地址、电话等都不敢提供，一看就知道是个见不得阳光的骗子。我相信你绝对不是那种拿了客户预付款就不再理睬客户的人。

    谢谢你在此提醒大家不要上这骗子的当。你无端遭到他们的诬蔑诽谤，当然会很生气。但你在 ProZ.com 揭露他们的卑鄙伎俩，影响要比他们大得多。我也曾在此及其它网站遭到过类似小人指名或不指名的诬蔑诽谤。所以，别太在意这种事和这种人。这种靠行骗鬼混的网站，日子肯定长不了。最后，愿以这句话与你共勉：“小人常戚戚，君子坦荡荡”。

    谢谢你的鼓励！

    我再三发邮件要求他们停止诽谤，他们一概不理，昨天又用另外一个邮箱发送邮件到我的gmail，伪装成一位“concerned translator“让我删掉那些帖子，说这是两家“大公司”（proz和他口中的"TQ"）之间的争斗，让我pull myself out。

    现在我看开了，反正"damage is done"， 就不删，还要继续宣扬他们的丑行！

    他们让你删掉那些帖子，说明他们还是害怕那些揭露他们的帖子。你完全有权要他们将那个所谓的 Scam warning 立即从他们的网站删除，并在同一位置贴出向你道歉的公开信。他们必须停止向任何人继续发送诬蔑你的邮件。否则，你就有权在任何网站、任何场合继续揭露他们的卑鄙行径。他们恶人先告状，声称已经 "alerting Australian authorities”。你也可保留诉诸法律的权利（尽管目前还不知他们躲在哪条阴沟里）。你还可以在BB上揭露他们，以免其他翻译再上他们的当。现在 ProZ 管理层是支持你的。这是一个有利条件。

    This is not a fight between ProZ.com and the alleged "big company" as they portrayed it. This is a fight between justice and evil!

    The damage TQ has done to you would be very limited. However, the damage TQ has done to itself as a result of this incident could be a lot more serious if TQ does not end this conflict as soon as possible by retracting the false “scam warning” against you from its website. If TQ does not stop taking actions against you immediately, you may simply go to other on-line job sites for translators one by one and share Jarad’s following article with other translators:
