有关信用卡的两个句子

1. 客户选择用信用卡付款，商家却无法从卡上扣取相应的金额。正式的银行用语应怎样表达？
a 无法从您的信用卡上扣取相应的金额。
b 无法从您的信用卡上提取相应的金额。
c 无法从您的信用卡上扣除相应的金额。
“刷”这个字好像只在口语里用。

2. 客户允许商家用预授权从卡上冻结一定的金额。
a 我们（此处指商家）已从您的信用卡用预授权扣除商品的价格xxx元。
b 我们（此处指商家）已从您的信用卡用预授权冻结商品的价格xxx元。
这句也不清楚国内业界的正式用语应怎样表达。我在网上看到有的地方直接说“预授权xxx金额”。

关于第一个，我认为应该选用c，“提取”一般用在信用卡持有人身上吧。

如果国内银行界还没有统一的说法那我翻译的时候就可以灵活一点。

这种东西最怕国内已有固定的说法而我却不知道。
