美国客户能用Moneybookers付款吗？

今天有个美国个人客户告诉我说美国银行不支持Moneybookers。不过两年前论坛上有位美国同行转给过我一笔（现在她似乎消失不来了）。所以想问问。

欧洲以外客户不爱用MB有原因，主要是海外客户向MB帐户充值时会产生一定的费用，如汇款或信用卡预提现金等，比使用PP的成本要高，所以大多数都不情愿用MB。

我想所谓银行不支持，就是指客户无法不花钱就直接转帐。至于有没有法律和税务等因素，不太清楚。
