Hello Arab Prozians

I'm new here, and I was wondering/surveying what Computer Assisting Translation tools do you use for AraEng translation?

I have golden wafi and alkafi, I also use google translate sometimes...

Does anyone know if Trados, or any of the popular CATs support Arabic?

I heard that trados isn't that good in Arabic.

I can see that there are numerous problems with Arabic... doesn't sound very appealing to me. I already achieve a good speed in Arabic->English translation (about 900 words per hour?! is that fair? anyone?)...... See more

You translate 900 words an hour without using a CAT tool???? Wow! I have to say I'm really impressed! May I ask how you do that?

I'm a localizer and I have been using Trados for about 3 years, it is a good program, Trados TagEditor is great, but when it comes to Workbench yes there are some problem as TM may contain what we unclear symbols, but this may be solved through using the appropriate version of the program.
