Translation - English If the Customer wishes to extend the Rental Term they may do so at any time prior to the end of the Rental Term. The Customer must contact the Company to arrange such an extension. Extensions may be made for up to 7 subject always to the existence of prior reservations made by other customers. The Company shall use its best and reasonable endeavours to satisfy requests for extensions but cannot guarantee the availability of the Equipment to the Customer beyond the end of the pre-existing Rental Term.

There was no scars or deformity noted on examination. The cervical thoracic and lumbar spine presented with normal curvature and mobility. Knee and ankle jerks moderately brisk and symmetrical. There was no abnormal neurology noted on examination. The ranges of motion of the spine segments were average and causing no discomfort. There was no localised tenderness noted on examination. There were no peripheral symptoms noted on examination. Forward bend test was average and limited due to right leg fracture and operation. The straight leg raise test was examined passively lying supine on the couch with averaged 60/70 degrees and caused no lumbar spine discomfort.

Zgięcie ograniczone z powodu złamania prawego podudzia i przebytej operacji. Test unoszenia prostych nóg był przeprowadzony w pozycji leżącej płasko na kanapie średnio 60-70 stopni i nie powodował dyskomfortu w odcinku lędźwiowym kręgosłupa.
