Translation - Romanian întrucât Directiva Consiliului 76/135/CEE din 20 ianuarie 1976 privind recunoaşterea reciprocă a certificatelor de navigabilitate pentru navele de navigaţie interioară , modificată ultima dată de Directiva 78/1016/CEE , prevede că vor fi adoptate de către Consiliu dispoziţii comune instituind condiţii tehnice pentru navele de navigaţie interioară; întrucât scopul prezentei directive este de a institui astfel de cerinţe; întrucât, totuşi, anumite categorii de nave trebuie excluse din sfera prezentei directive;
întrucât căile navigabile interioare ale Comunităţii sunt diferite din punct de vedere al siguranţei, trebuind astfel să fie împărţite în zone; întrucât nu se doreşte să fie în contradicţie cu sistemul stabilit de Convenţia revizuită pentru navigaţia pe Rin;
