Swedish to English Bus/Financial Marketing
This comes from a text marketing a consultancy company.

"Genom vårt angreppssätt överförs ansvar och förståelse för förändringarna internt och vi skapar en effektiv kunskapssäkring och ett hållbart engagemang."

This one is defeating me, so any reasonable suggestions would be appreciated.
