pełnomocnik oskarżycieli posiłkowych

Opis procesu o nieomyślne spowodowanie śmierci: Oskarżona przyłączyła się do stanowiska swego obrońcy, a prokurator, pełnomocnik oskarżycieli posiłkowych, jak i sami oskarżyciele posiłkowi (rodzice chłopca) nie wnieśli sprzeciwu.

Widziałam na Prozie, że było "pełnomocnik oskarżycieli posiłkowych" jako "representative of subsidiary prosecutors", ale nie jestem do końca przekonana do tej wersji - w ogóle nie istnieje w Google, a z drugiej strony zdaję sobie sprawę z tego, że ta przeglądarka to żadna wyrocznia, proszę o poradę i podpowiedzi.

agree LilianNekipelov : I agree. (subsidiary) Would pelnomocnik be just a representative? i am not sure what the Polish term entails. I really think it should be authorized representative.

Thank you. Without an Engllish/US counterpart, we can only approximate the name of the equivalent position. I believe this office has full powers and acts alongside the public prosecutor.
