In Italien stellt man üblicherweise ein "avviso di fattura/notula/estratto-conto" vor dem Rechnung an. Dieses Urkunde hat keine Steuerzwecke, sondern gilt nur als "Anzeige" für den Kunden. Erst nach Bezahlung des dort angegebenen Betrag wird die wahre Rechnung erstellt.
Wie kann ich das erste Urkunde auf Deutsch nennen ?

E`uso comune, specie in regime di attività professionale, che nel corso dello svolgimento della prestazione o al momento dell'ultimazione della stessa sia emesso un avviso di fattura (c.d. fattura pro-forma) senza che tale documento assuma veste di fattura definitiva:
