: you've already got "servizi" above, which will probably translate as "facilities", so you don't need to repeat it. what's a market stall got to do with anything? or a town square etc.? it's a train station. "facilities include shopping facilities"?

A newspaper stand is not a shop but it is a shopping faciltiy which provides a service. Not really repeating anything Paul, just putting in necessary words.

: I think "servizi" stays "services" and shops is not the same as "attrezzature commerciali". It may mean spaces for opening shops or any kind of commercial services.

businesses
While in varying contexts, all of the answers already provided would be correct, it seems like we're looking for something general in this case to describe something that is not very well defined. Next to banks and the post office, businesses could work. They could be retail stores, fast food joints or just about anything else by wording it this way. Might not be specific, but at least it wouldn't be wrong.
As a side note (for glossary purposes), the dictionary definition already given by desert fox of "trade fixtures" is the correct translation when attrezzature commerciali are the fixtures in a business location, such as shelving or bins.
see: ."Trade Fixtures. There is a special kind of fixture known as a "trade fixture." A trade fixture is property that meets the definition of a fixture, but which is attached to the property by a tenant for the tenant's business purposes. A common example is the shelving placed in a store by a tenant to display merchandise. A trade fixture can also consist of such items as built-in furniture, a special cooling system for computers or food storage, and machinery. Trade fixtures are treated differently than other kinds of fixtures by the law, which is explained in more detail below."

(a) shopping centre
If the repetition of "facilities" is a problem, maybe a shopping centre could fit here. However, I think it fits if the shops are somehow grouped or if there is something like an arcade. And if there is a "piano terra", this could be the case.
