I get the gist, but I was wondering if anyone uses a standard corresponding phrase.

Without knowing what the "normativa" says, there is no way of understanding what type of "guerra fra poveri" this is or even of knowing who the "poveri" are (companies, company officers, shareholders) so we are translating blind.

No, there is no such reference, I mean nothing specific.

I hardly imagined corporate governance as social science, but obviously there is a connection. Do you have a reference to the "normativa" for example the "D. Lgs." and the article. I mean what does the normative say?
