business technical expert proficient in foreign languages

my understanding of "perito" in this case, assuming you're not looking for a dead person, is that it could be a surveyor or an expert in something. However in a previous translation "perito aziendale" was a business technical expert. Hope this is helpful.

I am suggesting a better formulation: Expert in Business Correspondence in Foreign Languages.
Have found an example of the usage of this title in an English website:
"Expert in Business correspondence, editing and administrative functions."
