Discussion
Since Italian likes to organise its attributives in pairs, the first two are fused together in the neologism "prattognostici", as Elena points out, and Rachel is right to say that "practognostic" is the English equivalent. If your Italian text is in sciencespeak, this might be the option to go for.
English likes triplets, though, so you could happily unbundle the two elements in "prattognostici", translate them separately and tack on "linguistici" to provide a satisfying triplet, which might be a better option if the text is intended for the general public.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far. I wish there was a dictionary!
