"copertina olandese".


Quindi nel tuo caso si tratterebbe di una copertinatrice per rilegatura olandese.
Posso tentare un:
"Dutch brochure casing-in machine".

La rilegatura in brossura è una rilegatura a quaderno e quindi le macchine piegano ed incollano e danno anche i punti (di metallo o di filo) alle pagine fascicolate. Poi i vari fascicoli vengono "messi assieme" cioè rilegati ed incollati o puntati.
Comunque, ripeto, non ho fatto nessuna ricerca su Internet.
Quindi dovresti prendere questo mio suggerimento con molti grani di sale.

The Offset Principle

In the early part of the 20th century, it was discovered that ink could be transferred from the lithographic surface to an intermediate rubber surface and then to paper. The rubber intermediate, ***called a blanket***, can transfer ink to paper and to a wide variety of materials that cannot be printed directly, including plastics and metals. Because the soft blanket conforms to the texture of the surface to be printed, lithographic image quality is greatly improved.
