Thanks for letting me know. So if I put it like this: "Bronze alloys containing more than 90% copper can be hammered (bronze sheets), embossed or cold cast ..." it should be ok, right? Should I specify that the sheets are hammered or is this redundant? Sorry to ask so many questions, but you seem to be the only person to know...

Your suggestion sounds right to me - one is a \'finish\', other a way of working the sheet ( I pressed 'hide answer' by mistake, apologies)
