The first 2, I would simply translate as "suppositories and ovules" - correct?
Candeletta - according to my dictionary however is also normally translated as suppository. Is there a difference? Is there another word to use?

Maybe use pessaries for candeletta
In the WordReference dictionary, I found "pessary" as a translation for "candeletta", and it is claimed to be a medical term. I'm not sure about "ovules" for "ovuli", but can't think of anything else off the top of my head. "Suppositories" is correct for "supposte".

Found this definition for \"pessary\" in the American Heritage dictionary:
Any of various devices worn in the vagina to support or correct the position of the uterus or rectum.
So if it\'s something for women, \"pessary\" is probably quite appropriate.

These are all terms for suppositories - you could even use "vaginal suppositories" (I assume they refer to vaginal) or even "(vaginal) suppositories"
My translation dictionary (Garzanti Hazon) also gives suppositories or vaginal suppositories for all of these terms
