This is in a patient's hospital report. My main question is about the 'vasi esili' ... all I can think of is 'slender vessels' or 'small vessels'. Is there a more correct/specific anatomical term for these?
(And 'bivascolare' ... should this be left as 'bivascular' (I find this infrequently in google) or is 'two-vessel' better here?)

I'd just call them thin vessels which also implies that they are weak.
Since you asked for the anatomical term: tiny vessels are generally called 'capillaries' [ I am sure you know that :)], but you cannot use the term here.
As for your second question, definitely 2-vessel [coronary artery disease], not bivascular, it's not used in EN.
